What about false positives?
False positives are not a problem with Netcleanse. Each day, every mail recipient receives our Archive Report. This is a personalized email digest, listing their quarantined mail since the last Archive Report. Administrators also can authorize specific groups or every user the ability to search for real-time quarantined mail.

Can Netcleanse be personally customized?
From Private Branding to setting personalized profiles for groups or individuals, Netcleanse provides a significant level of flexibility. This allows you to address both your needs and those of each of your clients. You can fit the service to your client and not have to fit your client to the service. All configuration is managed within the web Administration Interface console.

What e-mail platforms does Netcleanse support?
Any and all: Netcleanse is completely self-contained and is placed between your mail system and the Internet. It acts as a proxy, filtering both in-bound and out-bound mail traffic.

What happens when real mail is falsely identified as spam?
Netcleanse boasts a very simple to configure "catch and release" system called an Archive Report. This lets administrators or users review their mail identified as spam in a digested format. If your user wants a blocked e-mail, all that is required is a point and a click with-in the Archive Report and within seconds the message will be delivered to their accounts.

Can users release quarantined mail with viruses?
Yes. Netcleanse automatically quarantines virus ridden emails and strips away the problem. Legitimate, cleansed mail is then forwarded to its destination with a text message identifying what information was removed from the e-mail and why.
