Server:

• BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.1 or later,

• Firmware on BlackBerry SmartPhone version 4.1 or later

• MS SQL Server 2000 or 2005

• Retain™ supports multiple BlackBerry Enterprise Servers in a single, consolidated and searchable SQL data repository.

Desktop:

• Windows Vista or XP, with .NET Framework 2.0 or later
• For Excel or Word exporting , Microsoft Word or Excel must be installed
• 10 GIG Ram
• 512 RAM
