How does Retain for BlackBerry Enterprise Server access the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server?
Retain for BlackBerry Enterprise Server makes a direct connection to the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. SMS messages, PIN messages and phone call log data are then archived and stored to a MS SQL server. The SQL server can reside on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server or can be remote.
How is Retain for BlackBerry Enterprise Server priced and or licensed?
Retain for BlackBerry Enterprise Server is licensed annually on a per BlackBerry® smartphone user basis. Licensing matches RIM's BlackBerry® license structure. Contact Netcleanse for information.
How do I get support?
Support is available from our sister company: GWAVA which offers complimentary support during the evaluation process. Retain for BlackBerry Enterprise Server is licensed with annual support agreements and upgrade protection that provide for technical support, additional reports and content.

Retain for BlackBerry Enterprise Server resides on a Windows based desktop and requires a back end service which is installed on the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server.
